Basic Client Package We value our customers greatly and have tailored this package to meet the demands of customers your size. When you sign on as a TSG preferred customer, we will handle everything tech for you freeing you up to do what you do best. Any issue you have with your technology you call us. Why should you spend hours searching the internet for a driver that we have on a disk. And which driver is the right one? Why should you wait for hours on hold to talk to customer service for a system or software when we may have the answer at our fingertips. And why disconnect everything, take your machine down to the local computer store, only to be told you will have it back “soon”. We at TSG Inc come to you, and we can fix most problems without disturbing your daily routine. Put simply, we are “Peace of Mind”. We are Your IT department! This is what you will get as a TSG Customer; FREE Initial Survey: We will come to your location and document all the serial numbers, your computers configuration, hardware, software documentation. We will also perform a Security Assessment to determine the status of your systems in relation to Virus or other computer related security hazards. We will perform a liability assessment and a software licensing & legal survey to inform you of possible issue that could cause you problems down the road Critical Support: If you call us with a problem you will get a live person on the phone. In most instances, we will begin resolving your issue right there. If we cannot, due to the volume of calls or because you need more specialized help, One of our Specialists will call you back within 1 hour. If our specialist cannot resolve your problem on the phone they will upgrade your issue to a Technician visit to your location. The Technician will arrive on your site within 4 hours of your issue being upgraded. The Technician will remain until your issue is resolved. If your system requires parts, there may be a delay while parts are ordered and shipped. If parts are required, the client is responsible for purchase of the parts. Regular Preventive Maintenance: If you have not used your TSG hours for critical support in a months time we will come to your location periodically and physically clean your systems. This simple action done properly can extend the life of your systems and improve their performance and could save you thousands of dollars over time. Our technicians will also perform a hardware check to try and spot a failure before it happens saving you time, money and the possible loss of your precious data. We will perform a virus, Spy ware, and Ad ware check and remove any pests we find, improving your performance and your productivity. Above and beyond services . We want you to be able to focus on what you do best, so we will handle all those small jobs that take time away from you. We can call your software vendor and handle all those annoying upgrades, driver installs, and other mundane little things that really drag out your workday. Anything related to your technology, we will handle for you. Extra's We want you to receive full value, if you have not used your time each month you can use it for personnel training, setting up data backup program (additional fees may apply depending on Data storage requirements) new system/hardware purchase consultation. Pre-Crisis Hardware Upgrades, software installation, performance tuning, or any other service offered to our clients. Additional hours You will also receive the option of buying additional hours per month at the preferred client rate.This is a 30% saving off our normal rate If you need more time for a scheduled project like adding or upgrading your current system, have more than one crisis that uses more than your basic hours, or maybe you want to train your office staff on new software, as a client you are entitled to these savings. |
